Job Responsibilities :
Head at least ONE committee and actively participate in other committees.
Organize and lead co-curricular activities as per the academic calendar.
Contribute in the growth and promotion of the college in the academic fraternity.
Subject material to be developed and documented for delivery in class.
Be innovative and open in introducing new teaching techniques.
Contribute research papers, articles, editorials for publication of college magazine and for other forums.
Conduct classes in a timely manner as per the timetable and ensure timely completion of the curriculum.
Participate in seminars and workshops.
Conduct tutorials
Tie up with schools and build contact database for campus placement.
Ability to undertake additional work and deliver under stressful and critical situation.

Job Responsibilities :
Accounting and Record Keeping
Attendance & Leave Calculation
Prepare salary slips employee wise & month wise
Creation and Maintenance of Employee Files ( Offer Letter, Leave applications, employee documents etc)
Salary transfers and cash payments to daily wages/contractual non-staff
Payment and record keeping of vendors and other misc bank transfers
Payments & Receipts
Handle petty cash
Filing & Record keeping( Day book, ledger, vouchers, tally etc)
Audit & ITRs
Invoicing
Advance & returns
Provide financial reports to Management as and when needed.
Admissions Process
To facilitate the administrative and accounting side of the admissions.
Track sale and collection of prospectus fee.
Facilitate filing and issue of admit cards, collection of documents from candidates for entrance exam.
Collection, issue of receipts, deposits and record keeping of fees.
Verification of academic certificates and filing of the same.
