| Procedure for Refund | |
| A student seeking cancellation of admission shall: | |
| 1. Submit a written application with reason addressed to the Principal. | |
| 2. Attach the original fee receipt(s), admission letter, and bank account details. | |
| 3. Return the College Identity Card, Library Books, and any other College property, if issued. | |
| 4. Obtain clearance from all concerned sections before processing the refund. | |
